One person died on the spot and several others were injured after a bus turned down near Holy Cross School, Disobai under Bokolia police station, Karbi Anglong on Sunday.

Passenger bus turn down, one died on the spot and several others were injured under Bakuliaghat police station, Karbi Anglong.

On Sunday afternoon, a Passenger bus bearing Registration No. AS 02 DC 3204 turned down near Holy Cross School, Disobai under Bakuliaghat police station in Karbi Anglong District. One died and 12 other were injured. They were taken to Bakulia Hospital for treatment.

 As Passengers stated, the bus driver was on a phone call and suddenly lost his control and fell into the ditch. The Bus was coming from Dimapur and was heading towards Nagaon.
